Whether ocean-front or ocean- view all have central air/heat and all condos are non-smoking. Most have balconies where you can sit and enjoy a drink or dinner or just sunbathe and relax.

Every vacation condo is individually owned and is decorated to the owner’s taste. Cable TV is standard, and each unit has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

There are sleeper sofas in many units and all linens and towels are provided. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on every floor and some units have their own washer /dryer.
